IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS:
When students are in class they will be working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. These programs are very expensive and students are NOT expected to purchase them for use at home. Instead they will be doing the coursework that does not require the use of a computer. On the days that students are hybrid at home they should be working on their DoodleBook. It is a black book with the instructions on the first page. Examples and further instructions/ideas are on the google classroom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR 2020 HYBRID SCHEDULE
This year we will not be in class everyday. This graphic design class uses the Adobe Creative Suite which includes our two main graphic design programs: Illustrator and Photoshop. These programs are very expensive and you are NOT required to purchase them to use at home during the days you are hybrid. All of the Photoshop and Illustrator work will be done in class. While you are home you will work on your Doodlebook. The DoodleBook is explained in further detail on our google classroom and we will discuss the details in class. Essentially it is a sketchbook that will be filled with art exercises and drawings. There are a total of 32 pages in the Doodlebook. 8 of the pages are due each quarter. That amounts to one page per week. Doodlebooks will be checked every Monday/Tuesday for the previous weeks work.
